REGISTRATION

Team registration is Friday May 28, 2010 from 6:30-9:30 pm. at the Marriott Union Center, 6189 Mulhauser Road West Chester, Ohio 45069, (exit 19 off of I-75). Coach or team representative only please, No Players! Please have all of the paperwork complete and in roster order.

What you need to bring to registration:
1. Copy of the official stamped and validated roster to leave with the tournament.
2. Validated Player Pass Cards, both roster players and guest players.
3. Validated Coaches Cards, one for each coach. Maximum of 3 coaches.
4. Travel Permit if outside of Ohio South.
5. Guest Players roster approved and validated by the state, if applicable in which the state the player is register. For both Ohio South and Indiana teams forms will be available. Maximum for small sided team is 4 and 11v11 teams will be 5.

Rosters are Frozen as of registration on Friday evening May 28.

Your club team is invited to participate in the 27th Annual Queen City Tournament!

Cincinnati, Ohio May 29-31, 2010

In years past, we hosted over 300 teams over Memorial Day weekend. The tournament featured teams from Ohio South, Ohio North, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

Our tournament is designed to be competitive for ALL teams!

As always, we want your team(s) to enjoy the benefits of playing where they can be the most competitive! Thus, our tournament will have upper and lower divisions based on your team history as provided on the tournament application.

We want you to PLAY some soccer!

Each team will play a minimum of three games with a maximum of five games possible. Individual trophies and team awards will be presented to the 1st and 2nd place teams in all age group divisions.

We will accept your entire club if all applications are received by April 1, 2010!

Here’s what else you need to know to apply today. . .

Your team(s) will apply for the following divisions: 6v6 (U-8 through U-10), 8v8 (U-11 through U-12) or 11v11 (U-13 through U-19). Entry fees are $425 for U-8 and U-9 teams, $475 for U-10 through U-12 teams, and $500 for U-13 through U-19 teams. Teams that are not accepted will have their entry fees returned with their non-acceptance letter. Please note, once accepted to the tournament, your entry fees are non-refundable. You will receive your tournament status letter by April 10, 2010. Applications are invited from club teams that are in good standing with the United States Youth Soccer Association and US Club Soccer. Only players with approved passes will be permitted to participate.
