Tournament Registration

Registration - Registration will be held on Friday September, 25 for the girls and Friday, October 2 for the boys. All registration is held at the Marriott off Union Center Blvd. Take I-75 to exit 19 and go west on Union Center Blvd. The hotel will be on the right just past the exit.

Time of registration 6:30 - 9:30 pm. All teams must register on Friday evening. One of your parents or another coach from your club may register your team.

What to bring to registration:
1. A copy of league roster unless you mailed it.
2. You must bring your player cards for those players participating in the tournament.
3. If your team is outside of Ohio South you must have a travel permit, unless your team is a member of U S Club soccer.

There is no liability form to complete for the tournament.

Medical Release - We will not check medical release forms, however we highly recommend that you have them throughout the tournament.

Guest Players: If your team is from Ohio South please go to their website and complete the on-line guest player form. If out of Ohio South, you must have your state office approve the guest play. For Indiana teams we will have a form available at registration.

The Westside Soccer Club invites your club team to participate in the 2009 Fall Ball Tournament.

On behalf of the Westside Soccer Club, we invite your club or team to apply for participation in the 23rd annual Fall Ball Tournament. Last year we had over 524 teams over two weekends. The Tournament draws teams from: Ohio South, Ohio North, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania West, Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, West Virginia and Tennessee.

Our tournament is designed to be competitive for ALL teams!

This tournament is designed for all level teams from State Cup Champs to Lowest Level Select. The tournament will be bracketed according to ability. The most competitive teams will be placed in the upper divisions etc. U8's - U10's play 6v6. U11 - U12's play 8v8. U13's - U14's play 11v11. The Fall Ball will allow trapped 8th graders so long as they are part of the original roster and not on a guest player roster. Each participating team will play a minimum of three games with a maximum of four games. Individual trophies and team awards will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in all brackets.

The entry fees U8-U9: $450, U10-U12: $475 and U13-U14: $500 per team. We will accept your entire club if all applications are received by August 15, 2009. You will be notified of your acceptance/non-acceptance by the 1st week of September. Teams that are not accepted will have their entry fee returned with letter of notification. Once accepted, entry fees will not be refunded. Applications are invited from club teams that are in good standing with the United States Youth Soccer Association. Only approved players passes will be permitted to participate. The Fall Ball Tournament, in attempting to provide the highest quality of service and organization, has arranged to help you with your housing needs, by working with a housing authority that will simplify your hotel reservations. Your support of the system is required so that we can offer you one of the best tournament experiences found anywhere in the United States. The 2009 divisions are as follows:

U8-U10: 6v6
U11-U12: 8v8
U13-U14: 11v11

Applications are invited from club teams that are in good standing with the United States Youth Soccer Association. Only players with approved passes will be permitted to participate. Application deadline is August 15, 2009.
