What size ball? Size 3 or anything they already have
Cleats or Gym shoes? Both are fine. (no metal spikes).
When do we get uniforms (t-shirts)? At the beginning of the season.
What is the cost? Player fee is $50.00 for Micro and JRL program and $40.00 for Kick-Start program. Mail your fee to: Westside Junior League, 10777 Carolina Pines Drive, Harrison Ohio 45030. Please include your child's name with your payment (you can print a copy of your confirmation email and include that).
Can my child play at the Select level? All Junior League 7 and 8's will receive a player assessment. Any other players that would like to be evaluated please see a staff member.
Will someone call to let us know what team we are on? Yes, your coach will call you with your team placement.
What are the important dates? The Spring 2008 program runs from April 8, 2008 thru May 27, 2008. JRL only accepts online registration - you must register by March 28, 2008.
Will my son or daughter receive a trophy or award for participating? Yes, awards are given out at the end of the program.
Will my son or daughter have the opportunity to have their picture taken by a professional photographer? Yes. There will be a designated night that we will be having a picture session. The pictures will be taken after the training or games have been completed that specific night.
Can my business place an ad on your web site? Businesses are invited to sponsor the program by placing an ad on the JRL web site. If interested, please contact the JRL Director at jrl@westside-soccer.com. You will be contacted after the registration deadline. All sponsors at WSC JRL discretion.
