Roster Changes: How to Add/Drop/Transfer
All roster changes must be approved by the WSC Club Registrar before paperwork will be submitted to the League Registrar. Approved paperwork will be taken to the League Registrar once each week for processing. Paperwork submitted on Sunday evenings by 6 p.m. will be processed and dropped off to the League Registrar on Wednesdays.

Important tips to remember:

Enter player/coach information in CUSL System
Request Player/Coach Card be printed (allow 48 hours)
When requesting cards include team number & names of people who need cards
Use Roster Change Checklist (will be included with cards)
Complete & Turn-in Paperwork for review
Need to order a uniform? Use this form.

Allow a minimum of 10 days to process completed packets.
Cost per card is $11 (fee must be paid before paperwork will be processed).

Coaches click the following link to access the Kid Safe/Risk Management Application.
Be sure to print and sign several copies of the Risk Management Volunteer Disclosure form and retain one copy for your records. A copy of the signed letter must be included with your coach's registration. All coaches registering teams for the Fall 2005 season must complete the application.

Do you have a player who lives in Indiana on your team?
Click the following link to access the Indiana State Youth Soccer web site. Then click the link for the Out of State Permission to play form. Follow the instructions to download the form and submit with payment as instructed to Indiana Youth Soccer Association. A copy of the form validated by ISYA must be attached to the player membership form for CUSL registration.

Do you have a player who lives in Kentucky on your team?
Click the following link to access the Indiana State Youth Soccer web site. Find the link on the page to Player forms and then click the form for Permission to Play Out of State. Follow the instructions to submit the form with payment to Kentucky Youth Soccer Association. A copy of the form validated by Kentucky Youth Soccer Association must be attached to the player membership form for CUSL registration
